User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation

- One person may not maintain more than one account

Subscription and Payments
Subscription Plans
- We offer various subscription plans with different features and durations
- Our subscription operates on a rolling basis, meaning it automatically renews according to the billing cycle selected by the user. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each renewal period.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Once a payment has been processed for a renewal period, no refunds will be issued for that period, regardless of whether the service is used.
- It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription in a timely manner to prevent unwanted charges.

- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

- All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable under the below cases. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under below circumstances — including for unused portions of a subscription period, accidental renewals, or failure to cancel before the next billing date.
- We encourage users to review their subscription details carefully and cancel in advance if they do not wish to continue with the next billing cycle.
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our service to:

- Create derivative works based on our content
- Use automated systems to scrape or download content
